Suzuro is one of the few fragrances sold by Shiseido under their own brand. Shiseido as a company sell a large number of fragrances as the Shiseido group includes Dolce&Gabbana, Serge Lutens and Issey Miyake.
Suzuro is a Japanese that seems to translate to restless, some sites say more specifically: someone doing something “in spite of themselves, without knowing why, what the heart longs for”.
Suzuro by Shiseido was launched in 1976 and is sold as a ‘feminine’ perfume and is generally classified as a ‘floral green’ its notes include: Jasmine, Rose, Hyacinth, Narcissus, Orange flower, Mimosa.
The packaging and bottle (flacon) is astounding. The video really does not do justices to details of the box which is also slightly textured. Suzuro by Shiseido bottle sits tranquilly within the case, it’s is an amazing object to hold and even the stopper is textured. Taken together Suzuro by Shiseido is a sensory experience of smell, sight and touch.
